About the Role
Daily duties include ensuring field employee safety, planning and organizing service activities, and allocating manpower and materials efficiently. You will conduct field education, improve route schedules and callback rates, and provide technical support or direct issues to experts. Authorizing repair orders and driving change toward better communication and efficiency are also key responsibilities. • Lead daily field operations while ensuring employee safety and service quality • Plan, organize, and allocate manpower and materials to meet customer needs • Conduct field training and education to improve efficiency and reduce callbacks • Provide technical support and authorize repair orders for timely completion • Drive continuous improvement in route scheduling, communication, and performance

What You Bring
Successful candidates have at least five years of industry experience, proven leadership of technician teams, and a background in the elevator sector. Strong communication, teamwork, computer proficiency, and business acumen are essential, as is a passion for outstanding customer service.
