About the Role

The Operations Specialist for Collections supports departmental managers by providing advanced clerical and administrative assistance and helps coordinate daily operations. The role includes troubleshooting safety, service and operational issues, maintaining and distributing department information, acting as the KRONOS proxy for driver updates, and communicating with supervisors, managers, customers and employees. Daily tasks involve using Microsoft Suite and other software to handle procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, payment processing, and supporting operational projects. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Maintain and distribute daily department information and act as KRONOS proxy for driver updates. • Use Microsoft Suite and other tools to manage procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor. • Process payments and support financial tasks as needed. • Assist in implementing operational projects and communicate service issues to customers. • Communicate scheduling and work assignments to employees. • Work primarily in a professional office environment using standard equipment.
