About the Role
Under general supervision, the employee provides data assessment, reporting, and recommendations within their area of expertise. The position supports and enhances departmental workflow, customer service, and overall work quality. Key duties include preparing data summary reports, evaluating trends, and offering insights to management. The incumbent resolves issues raised by internal or external customers, tracks them to resolution, and monitors overall workflow to ensure timely project completion and data accuracy. Additional responsibilities involve participating in special and cross‑functional projects, identifying process risks, recommending improvements, and developing or updating training materials as needed. • Prepare daily reports on new business, lost business, service changes, and ancillary charges • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management • Resolve internal and external issues, tracking each to full resolution • Monitor workflow to ensure timely project completion and data accuracy • Participate in special and cross‑functional projects as assigned • Identify process risks and suggest continuous‑improvement actions • Evaluate and develop training materials for the department

What You Bring
The role involves daily reporting functions for CM/RO and RS sales, covering new business, lost business, service changes, and ancillary charges. Candidates must possess excellent math skills, be highly detail‑oriented, and have prior experience with Microsoft Access and expert-level Excel. Required qualifications are either a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED combined with four years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel. The position entails repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and typical office activities such as sitting, talking, and hearing, performed in a professional office environment. The role may require a REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative for travel or access to federal property.
