About the Role
With limited and general direction from an Area Director, the Human Resources Manager acts as a business partner with local management to oversee the HR function for assigned divisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and company programs while administering staffing, training, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. Key responsibilities include providing HR advice, coaching, and conflict resolution; implementing and monitoring policies, training, compensation, compliance, and benefits programs; maintaining accurate employee records; ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; coordinating hiring, employee relations, and terminations with division operations and corporate HR; conducting investigations and leading resolution efforts; participating in management meetings; designing and delivering training sessions; performing HR audits; and supporting succession planning and talent management. The role may also supervise other HR staff and requires up to 60% travel. • Provide HR advice, coaching, and conflict resolution to employees and managers. • Implement and monitor HR policies, training, compensation, compliance, and benefits programs. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance with employment laws. • Coordinate hiring, employee relations, and terminations with division operations and corporate HR. • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and lead resolution efforts. • Design and deliver training sessions, including new hire orientation and leadership development. • Perform HR audits and support succession planning and talent management initiatives. • Oversee benefit selections such as medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, disability, life insurance, EAP, discount programs, 401(k) match, ESPP, and PTO.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include the ability to influence all levels of the company and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager covering all HR functions. The pay range is $104,800 to $144,100 with a 25% annual incentive target.
