About the Role
• Inspect, maintain, and repair flooring equipment (scrubbers, grinders, polishers, strippers, sanders, and surface prep tools). • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. • Ensure equipment is clean, safe, rental‑ready, and reliable. • Support a fast‑paced workflow with shifting priorities. • Maintain accurate service records and documentation. • Provide personal standard technician tools (specialty tools supplied by the company). • Work indoors and outdoors as needed in a physically active environment.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, with trade school or technical training preferred, and 1–3 years of experience repairing related equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, personal technician tools, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to work independently are essential, along with physical readiness to bend, squat, lift 50 lb + and work both indoors and outdoors. • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training preferred. • 1–3 years experience repairing related equipment. • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. • Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 lb +.
