About the Role
You will lead a high‑performing front‑line operational team, ensuring activities are delivered safely, cost‑effectively and with a strong customer focus. The role is primarily site‑based, supervising trade operatives to meet defined objectives and standards while adhering to Clarion policies and health‑and‑safety requirements. Key duties include coordinating and allocating repair and maintenance jobs across specific trades, providing guidance on best practice, and monitoring performance. You will mentor staff, conduct coaching sessions and manage performance to drive continuous improvement. • Lead and manage a high‑performing front‑line repairs team. • Supervise trade operatives on‑site, ensuring safe work and adherence to health and safety policies. • Allocate and coordinate repair and maintenance jobs within defined timeframes. • Provide coaching, performance management and guidance on best practices. • Ensure compliance with Clarion policies, procedures and customer‑focused service standards.

What You Bring
The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in leadership, coaching and performance management, be able to travel across the region, and meet eligibility to work in the UK. Benefits
The Repairs Team Leader role is based in Stevenage and offers a permanent contract with a 36‑hour week. Salary ranges from £33,592 to £46,189 per annum.
