Sr. Project Manager – W/WW Transmission and Utilities
Lead and grow Orlando W/WW transmission & utilities projects while building client relationships.

About the Role
The manager will build client relationships, lead pursuits, and convert opportunities into work. They will serve as the senior project manager, handling scope, schedule, budget, and delivery from start to finish, and act as a trusted advisor to municipal clients. Leadership responsibilities include guiding multi‑disciplinary teams, setting expectations, delegating tasks, and coaching engineers, designers, and technicians. The manager will ensure technical quality, review key deliverables, direct complex studies and designs, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations. • Lead W/WW Transmission and Utilities projects from inception to completion. • Develop and grow client relationships in the Orlando/Central Florida market. • Manage multi‑disciplinary project teams and mentor junior staff. • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality assurance. • Direct complex studies, evaluations, and design efforts, producing clear reports. • Stay current on regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices. • Coordinate cross‑practice expertise to support long‑term client accounts.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related engineering, a Professional Engineer license (or ability to obtain Florida licensure), and at least eight years of progressive engineering experience with independent decision‑making. Preferred experience includes involvement in industry organizations, a track record of winning work through on‑call programs, and experience building a new office presence or expanding a geographic market. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Professional Engineer (PE) license; Florida licensure required or attainable. • 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, including municipal projects.
