About the Role
• Integrate laboratory, field, and historical data into ERM’s EQuIS™ databases and other systems. • Collaborate with project teams to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverable schedules, and provide query/reporting support. • Develop dashboards and data visualizations for diverse environmental projects. • Coordinate with ERM and client‑contracted labs to ensure data quality and meet reporting objectives. • Support Technical Communities in creating innovative data services and automated workflows. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors. • Manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule while upholding quality standards. • Analyze data for logic, consistency, and quality throughout project stages.

What You Bring
• Hold a BS/BA in environmental science, data management, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Possess 3+ years of environmental data management experience with strong analytical and database skills. • Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in EarthSoft’s EQuIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access). • Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills and manage workload independently. • Be comfortable working in a computer‑based, desk‑oriented environment. • Preferred: Experience with EQuIS modules such as SPM and Collect. • Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps. • Preferred: Experience with programming languages like R or Python.
