About the Role

• Handle technical queries for project execution and support pre‑sales activities, including quotations, installation, and commissioning of KPP systems in APAC. • Collaborate with KPP sales, project and service teams, distributors, system integrators, the Liege factory, end‑users, contractors and suppliers. • Apply gas turbine product knowledge, system integration, and robust design techniques to develop optimal solutions at product and subsystem levels. • Lead problem‑resolution activities such as root‑cause investigations, safety alerts, quality concerns, major quality investigations and drawing alteration requests. • Manage system‑level requirements, product changes, technical approvals, investigations, and ensure compliance with standardisation reports. • Communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels and coordinate multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.

What You Bring

Key accountabilities include applying knowledge of gas turbine operation and subsystem interactions, integrating and managing interfaces, and designing systems using systems‑engineering principles and robust design tools to achieve optimal solutions. The role requires leading problem‑resolution activities such as root‑cause investigations, safety alerts, quality concerns, major quality investigations and drawing alteration requests, while handling ambiguity and managing system‑level requirements. Planning and managing product changes, technical approvals, investigations, and verification of compliance with standardisation reports are also essential. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are needed to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including customers. The candidate must be able to work with and coordinate extended, multidisciplinary teams that may not be co‑located. Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering with an affiliation to diesel engines or power generation, and possess at least five years of experience in the power generation industry, including working knowledge of MV and LV critical power installations. Required competencies include good communication, mathematical and analytical abilities, teamwork, commercial sense, and the capacity to interpret single‑line drawings.
