About the Role

The firm seeks an Information Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing support of information management systems for a major U.S. border‑security infrastructure program. This role sits within a construction‑management team delivering program management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, progress reporting, quality assurance, safety, and other supporting services. Key duties include deploying and maintaining Program Management Information Systems (PMIS) such as Kahua, Procore, and Oracle Primavera P6, providing technical support and troubleshooting, defining workflows with stakeholders, supporting IT infrastructure, creating dashboards, training staff, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. • Implement and administer PMIS tools (Kahua, Procore, Oracle Primavera P6) to support program controls and reporting. • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for PMIS platforms and IT systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, document processes, and optimize system configurations. • Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure, including office buildouts, remote connectivity, and cloud environments. • Develop dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to deliver actionable insights. • Train and mentor program staff on PMIS usage and technology adoption. • Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and implement enhancements. • Document implementation, updates, and support activities for compliance and reporting.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least eight years of technical consulting experience, with the ability to obtain a DHS suitability determination. Proven experience with PMIS platforms, strong IT infrastructure knowledge, excellent communication, and problem‑solving skills are required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Tableau or Power BI, knowledge of construction business processes, experience on large‑scale government programs, and PMP certification. A passion for learning and applying innovative technologies to drive program success is valued. • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years of technical consulting experience. • Obtain appropriate DHS suitability determination; no security clearance required. • Demonstrated expertise in system administration, cloud‑based environments, and distributed support. • Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills to meet tight deadlines. • Desired: PMP certification, experience with large‑scale infrastructure or government programs, knowledge of construction business processes.
