About the Role
The Customer Care Representative is a critical link between homebuyers and trade partners, conducting final orientations, diagnosing, scheduling, and completing warranty service work. The role involves maintaining positive homeowner relations, coordinating repair work, and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided. Key duties include scheduling and overseeing repairs to ensure timely completion, maintaining service request logs and documentation, evaluating the performance of trade partners and materials, and reporting to management. The representative also participates in department meetings and emergency on‑call rotation schedules. • Schedule, coordinate, and oversee warranty repairs to ensure timely completion. • Conduct final orientations and diagnose service issues for homebuyers. • Maintain service request logs and detailed documentation of work performed. • Evaluate trade partner performance and material quality, reporting to management. • Participate in department meetings and emergency on‑call rotation schedules.

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or GED (an associate’s degree preferred), 1‑3 years of residential customer service or construction experience, a valid driver’s license with a good record, and strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Physical requirements include regular in‑person attendance at job sites, the ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lb, and operate a computer keyboard. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred. • Possess 1–3 years of residential customer service or construction experience. • Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. • Ability to work on‑site, lift up to 50 lb, and operate computer equipment.
