About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist/Sr. Analyst, Data Science and Maintenance to review Master Data across Hubbell, ensuring compliance with guidance and collaborating with Site Business Leaders to maintain clean SAP data for optimal MRP output. • Develop and maintain strong global relationships in a matrixed environment across segments and functional levels. • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct master data discrepancies. • Create and deliver a reporting cadence on master data health to key stakeholders. • Conduct in‑depth master data reviews aligned with established business guidance. • Collaborate with Site Business Leaders to update site‑managed master data. • Provide training and support to site teams on master data importance. • Lead master data reviews across Hubbell’s SAP sites to ensure data integrity. • Manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve results.

What You Bring

Success in this position requires strong global relationship building in a matrixed environment, a deep appreciation for data integrity, and the ability to manage tight deadlines and priorities. The analyst will also provide training and support to site teams, reinforcing the importance of accurate master data. • Demonstrate strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process discipline. • 3+ years working with materials/supply chain processes or master data, preferably in manufacturing. • Advanced Excel (MS Office) expertise. • Experience with SAP HANA. • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI (DAX), and R/Python (helpful). • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
