About the Role
In this client‑facing role you will manage building enclosure projects from proposal through delivery, serving as the lead technical consultant on investigations, assessments, commissioning, and testing. You will act as Project Manager for both existing buildings and new construction, overseeing building enclosure assessments, air‑leakage testing, construction administration, quality assurance observations, design‑assist reviews, and commissioning, while collaborating with architects, contractors, engineers, owners and multidisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality consulting solutions. • Manage building enclosure projects end‑to‑end, including budgets, scopes and schedules. • Lead investigations, testing, assessments, commissioning and repair design efforts. • Oversee fieldwork, data analysis and prepare project reports. • Conduct QA/QC reviews of deliverables and ensure safety compliance. • Prepare monthly invoices and support collections as needed. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. • Assist senior staff with marketing and business development activities. • Develop technical proposals, scopes and budgets. • Supervise, train and mentor junior staff and oversee daily project team activities. • Provide performance feedback and promote ECS standards and a safety‑first culture. • Lead high‑profile, technically complex projects with visibility.

What You Bring
As a Senior Associate you bring strong leadership, keen attention to detail, and extensive field and client‑facing experience. You lead by example through high‑quality assessments, studies, and reports, and you are passionate about facilities work such as specialized testing, building envelope consulting, forensic investigations, and designing repairs to existing structures. Your hard‑working nature ensures your team delivers top‑tier quality while maintaining a big‑picture perspective that drives career growth within the company. • Hold a BS or MS in Civil/Architectural Engineering or Architecture (NCARB) – preferred. • Possess 6+ years of relevant professional experience. • Hold a relevant professional license or certification (P.E., R.A., IIBEC, etc.) – preferred.
