What You Bring

Candidates should have either a four‑year degree with at least one year of related experience, or three to four years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years of age. Desired competencies include strong project management, new‑business development, customer retention, effective communication, negotiation, and solid computer skills. Experience with ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment and bilingual Spanish abilities are preferred. The position requires physical tasks such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
