About the Role
Key responsibilities include overseeing third-party service providers, conducting regular inspections and audits, and managing the full lifecycle of work orders from initiation to closure. The manager will coordinate scheduling and access for vendor-performed maintenance, act as the operational bridge between the call center, on-site client teams, and vendors, and ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Supporting emergency response protocols and providing timely status updates to internal stakeholders are also essential. • Oversee third-party service providers and ensure contract compliance and performance standards. • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and escalate issues as needed. • Perform inspections and audits to verify scope, safety, and regulatory compliance. • Coordinate scheduling and access for vendor-conducted maintenance and repairs. • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of work orders from initiation to closure. • Prioritize and track critical maintenance and repair tasks for timely resolution. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for service requests and completed work. • Follow up on deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are implemented. • Act as the operational bridge between the call center, on-site client teams, and vendors, providing updates and status reports. • Participate in meetings to align priorities, share updates, and resolve issues. • Ensure all facility operations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. • Support emergency response protocols as required.

Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related field (preferred) and 5-7 years of experience in facility operations or vendor management, with strong knowledge of CMMS platforms and building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Excellent communication, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach are critical.
