About the Role
In this position you will help build and enhance applications on the Microsoft Power Platform, develop simple Python automation scripts, and contribute to data dashboards and visual reports that track project performance. You will also assist in reviewing current business processes to uncover automation opportunities and support workflow improvements that reduce manual effort. Ongoing maintenance of reporting tools for key project metrics is part of the role. • Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Power Platform apps (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). • Create simple Python scripts and automation tools to improve engineering and project management workflows. • Develop data dashboards, reports, and visualizations for monitoring project performance and key metrics. • Analyze existing business processes to identify and document automation opportunities. • Support workflow automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and increase operational efficiency. • Maintain and enhance automated reporting solutions for project KPIs, cost tracking, and scheduling. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical upskilling related to digital tools.
