About the Role
In the role of Transportation Coordinator/EIT, you will work with project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects, taking responsibility for alignment, profile, geometrics, drainage, plan development, and construction estimates, while also assisting with technical reports, specifications, and calculations. • Design urban and rural roadway projects, focusing on alignment, profile, geometrics, and drainage • Develop construction plans, estimates, and related technical reports, specifications, and calculations • Collaborate with project engineers and multidisciplinary teams on transportation solutions

What You Bring
• Hold an Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or obtain it for career progression • Proficient in MicroStation or AutoCAD; experienced with Bentley ConceptStation, Open Roads Designer, Autodesk Infraworks, or Civil 3D • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field • Demonstrate commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned, inclusive culture
