Are you a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer in or around the Maidenhead area, looking for an exciting opportunity in the facilities management sector? We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies. • Hold a recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance. • Have previous experience in a similar role, preferably retail or commercial. • Possess a valid UK driving licence (essential). • Hold 18th Edition, F-Gas, and Test & Inspection qualifications. • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Be IT proficient and able to manage workload effectively.

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £35,834 or £41,210 depending on experience, full door-to-door pay, up to 4% bonus, overtime paid at time-and-a-half, a company van available for personal use from day one, 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday equivalent, and ongoing training and development at our National Training Centre. This field-based position requires travel between client sites and on-call duty one week in four, with a generous pension scheme (up to 6% matched contributions), life assurance, vouchers and gym discounts.
