About the Role
The Specialist – Banking Administration & Solutions role, based in Hyderabad, supports the development and transformation of Carrier’s global banking and treasury systems footprint. Reporting to the Associate Director of Banking Administration and Solutions, the position collaborates with controllership, finance, banking partners, digital, and legal teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining the corporate Treasury and holding‑company bank account footprint, managing the Bank Account Management process, and overseeing bank master data, routing, and connectivity in Kyriba. The specialist also monitors daily SWIFT payments, prepares banking documentation, provides connectivity support for CFIN and ERP projects, and ensures compliance with Treasury and Finance controls. • Maintain corporate Treasury and holding‑company bank account footprint and update records per organizational changes. • Manage the Bank Account Management (BAM) process and master data in Kyriba. • Configure user access to partner banks’ e‑banking systems. • Monitor and troubleshoot daily SWIFT payment and reporting files. • Prepare banking documentation and coordinate signatories for cash visibility and bank rationalization projects. • Provide connectivity and testing support for CFIN & ERP implementation and upgrade projects. • Enforce corporate Treasury and Finance controls related to bank accounts and connectivity. • Organize internal presentations for project and task updates.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BS in Accounting, Finance, or IT, with a Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred, and have at least five years of experience in treasury, finance, IT, or accounting. Required skills include high proficiency in SAP, Kyriba, SharePoint, MS tools, and exposure to SWIFTNet or payment systems, along with strong communication, organizational, and project‑management abilities. • BS in Accounting, Finance, or IT; Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred. • Minimum 5 years of treasury, finance, IT, or accounting experience. • Proficient in SAP, Kyriba, and other finance systems; hands‑on Kyriba administration. • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft tools, and SWIFTNet/payment system support. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities. • Detail‑oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Proven project management and analytical skills; team‑oriented mindset.
