About the Role

• Establish friendly, professional, and appropriate relationships with clients, colleagues and other project parties. • Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies. • Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget. • Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications. • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering. • Manage contract change effectively, ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practice. • Drive improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets. • Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders proactively. • Ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed. • Lead people and commissions as needed. • Identifying and driving efficiencies and improvements through the project life cycle.

What You Bring

We are currently seeking personable, enthusiastic, and energetic Senior Cost Managers / Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our contract and cost‑management team and support our growth in UK infrastructure. • Contract Management (NEC3, Option A, C & E preferred). • Collaborative approach and best‑for‑project attitude. • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering. • Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject. • Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
