About the Role

The Maintenance Technician at The Jaunt, a Cushman & Wakefield property, is responsible for ensuring high‑quality move‑ins, resident satisfaction, and prompt, courteous service. This role supports residents by handling maintenance requests, keeping common areas pristine, and representing the company professionally at all times. • Prepare make‑ready apartments (painting, carpet repair, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping). • Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests. • Perform routine maintenance: plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as needed. • Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities in clean, safe condition. • Participate in on‑call schedule for after‑hour emergencies. • Report maintenance issues in vacant units, model homes, and common areas to the supervisor. • Follow state, local, and federal fair housing laws and company safety procedures. • Attend required training programs and adhere to uniform and appearance standards. • Maintain punctual attendance and report any tardiness to the supervisor. • Read and interpret policy manuals, safety rules, and maintenance instructions. • Perform basic calculations and produce routine reports and correspondence.

What You Bring

The position operates primarily in a professional office environment but requires regular travel between properties and occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Employees must be able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift or move up to 100 pounds repeatedly, while adhering to all safety procedures and maintaining reliable attendance. • Hold a valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II certification (or local equivalent). • Possess a high school diploma/GED or trade/technical/vocational education. • Have at least 1 year of related maintenance experience.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $22.10 to $26.00 per hour, with eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
