About the Role
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community, including carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties, as well as lock installation, repair, and rekeying. The role also involves completing service requests promptly, participating in preventive maintenance programs, and maintaining company safety standards. • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing tasks • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks • Complete service requests promptly • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs • Uphold company safety standards
