About the Role
As a Commute Manager at JLL, you will lead comprehensive transport operations that deliver seamless, safe, and efficient employee commuting experiences. Leveraging MoveInSync technology, you will oversee centralized command functions, collaborate with transport vendors, and ensure 100% compliance with safety and regulatory standards while driving employee satisfaction. In this role you will coordinate round‑the‑clock transport services, lead the operations team through schedule planning and performance coaching, and maintain continuous collaboration with external providers to uphold safety and regulatory standards. You will also generate operational insights by analyzing transport data, produce regular reports, and enforce special travel safety protocols for women employees during off‑peak hours. • Lead 24/7 employee transport operations using MoveInSync. • Develop and update transport policies across the organization. • Plan team schedules, manage shift assignments, and conduct performance coaching. • Oversee vendor inductions and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. • Conduct monthly vendor review meetings and produce performance scorecards. • Implement proactive safety measures and ensure timely incident reporting. • Analyze transport data, generate monthly reports, and maintain data backups. • Enforce women’s safe travel protocols during odd hours in line with RTA regulations. • Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in employee transportation or a related operational field, along with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proven team‑leadership experience and knowledge of local transportation systems, regulations, and transport management platforms are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with MoveInSync, 24/7 operational environments, RTA compliance, business continuity planning, safety management, and vendor performance administration. • Apply at least 5 years of experience in employee transportation or commute program administration.
