About the Role
The role involves maintaining clean and safe work areas, handling tools and equipment, and collaborating with diverse teams across all organizational levels. • Load and unload equipment and materials. • Supply tools and materials to other trades. • Clean work areas, machines, and equipment. • Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5×7×16) and staging; level ground for scaffolding. • Operate motor and grout equipment; move and shovel material between wheelbarrows and buckets. • Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and disposal (sweeping, washing, loading, burning). • Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete; vibrate concrete. • Build relationships with diverse coworkers and follow all assigned duties.

What You Bring
Candidates should have construction experience, be capable of operating power and hand tools, and possess strong teamwork, communication, and safety-oriented attitudes. • Prior construction experience preferred. • Proficiency with power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies. • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb (over 50 lb with assistance/equipment). • Strong teamwork, positive attitude, customer service, attention to detail, active listening, and effective communication. • Capability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements.
