About the Role
• Lead, oversee, supervise, and coordinate project activities. • Support growth of Colliers Engineering & Design’s architectural presence. • Act as Project Architect and AOR, with a separate architect assigned for larger projects. • Ensure project success and deliver results. • Serve as primary design liaison to clients and oversee construction documents. • Assign tasks and supervise design/production staff.

What You Bring
• 8+ years of architectural experience, preferably commercial. • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensed architect in NY. • LEED accreditation preferred. • Knowledge of building codes and requirements. • Strong client‑facing communication skills, both verbal and written. • Business acumen, technical expertise, coordination skills, and ability to build rapport. • Willingness to mentor team members. • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. • Experience developing qualifications and fee proposals. • Project management experience in design/construction projects. • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, meetings, and conferences. • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job-related communications.
