The role involves physical activity such as lifting moderate weights, walking around facilities, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance duties. • Assess customer storage requirements and suggest appropriate unit sizes. • Recommend and sell packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits each day. • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls as needed. • Lift or move items weighing up to 35 lb. • Walk around facilities up to 50 % of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Clean interior areas (sweeping, mopping) and maintain exterior grounds free of debris.
