About the Role

Property managers operate independently across multiple locations, handling both indoor and outdoor tasks. They interact with customers to address storage needs and manage daily operational activities. The role involves physical activity such as lifting moderate weights, walking around facilities, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance duties. • Assess customer storage requirements and suggest appropriate unit sizes. • Recommend and sell packing and moving supplies. • Perform daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits each day. • Conduct payment reminder and collection calls as needed. • Lift or move items weighing up to 35 lb. • Walk around facilities up to 50 % of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Clean interior areas (sweeping, mopping) and maintain exterior grounds free of debris.
