About the Role

The position provides analytical and administrative support to the Regional Commercial Director and the Southeast Asia market team. It spans data extraction for strategic board presentations, management of the business‑generation pipeline and bid documentation, oversight of finance‑related tasks such as commission invoicing and tax coordination, and assistance to senior leadership with governance reporting and licence renewal. • Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems for strategic analysis and board presentations. • Manage the Business Generation pipeline in the Contacts & Marketing Database for Singapore. • Maintain collaterals (capability statements, case studies, CVs) in line with corporate standards. • Support bid management and submission of proposals for Southeast Asia. • Handle procurement registrations, pre‑qualification submissions, and vendor registrations. • Oversee new client onboarding, liaising with Credit Control and ensuring fee‑schedule alignment. • Maintain the Risk Management database and process monthly commission invoices. • Coordinate tax and finance issue resolution with the regional finance team and corporate tax accountant. • Track debt, withholding tax collection, and generate regular reports for finance and credit control. • Provide invoice reconciliation analysis against fee schedules as required. • Assist the MD, Southeast Asia with reporting to boards and global governance bodies. • Renew and maintain corporate licences, accreditations, and certifications. • Supervise the in‑country Business Support team and manage the market client database and event schedule.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have five to eight years of experience in a professional‑services environment, strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills, and proven ability to develop and improve business processes. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI, as well as excellent written and spoken English, are essential. • 5–8 years experience in a similar professional‑services consultancy role. • High emotional intelligence with ability to work with senior stakeholders both in‑person and virtually. • Analytical, self‑starter mindset; capable of independent problem‑solving. • Proven ability to develop, manage, and improve business processes. • Expert user of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI. • Excellent written and spoken English; collaborative, well‑organized, and able to meet tight timeframes.
