About the Role
The position involves up to 50% travel to domestic and international sites for system retrofits, testing, and integration. It is part of the Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources and solutions to U.S. government customers across defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental domains. • Serve as SME for RF systems, SATCOM networking, signal processing, and related software tools. • Lead integration, testing, and evaluation of RF systems, including antenna installations and upgrades. • Develop and execute systems integration test procedures aligned with customer requirements. • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Government Acceptance Testing (GAT), and System Integration Testing (SIT). • Collaborate with field engineers and cross‑functional teams to author and review technical documentation. • Drive requirements development and verification for RF systems to meet operational needs. • Utilize software tools for RF signal analysis, system modeling, and performance optimization. • Support architecture initiatives using MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler. • Mentor junior engineers and foster their technical growth. • Prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to senior leadership and customers.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Systems Engineer to support the US Army TENCAP Program. The role leverages extensive expertise in RF systems, SATCOM networking, system integration, and software tools to provide technical leadership for mission‑critical systems, ensuring readiness, optimizing performance, and driving innovation. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or related engineering field. • Bring 10 years of experience in RF systems, SATCOM networking, and signal processing. • Expertise with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF power meters, and signal generators. • Proficiency in MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar tools for RF modeling and testing. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment. • Active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI‑T5O and willingness to travel up to 50%. • Experience with DoD system retrofits, sustainment, and cybersecurity frameworks (RMF). • Familiarity with MBSE tools and development of RF signal processing algorithms.
