About the Role

In this role you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services, ensuring jobs are done right and up to the highest standards. You will climb poles or operate a bucket truck to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants, read and interpret schematics and construction prints, and troubleshoot problems that arise in the field. • Perform aerial installation, relocation, and maintenance of RF and fiber services using poles or bucket trucks • Troubleshoot field issues during construction and repair • Uphold safety standards and deliver high‑quality work

What You Bring

We are looking for a safety‑focused, experienced lineman with a proven track record of high‑quality work and a hands‑on approach to problem solving. Candidates should be comfortable working in bucket trucks and climbing poles, enjoy long‑term projects and teamwork, and possess the relevant MOS codes (2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q). • Read and interpret schematics and construction prints • Demonstrated experience as a lineman with proficiency in aerial equipment • Comfortable climbing poles and operating bucket trucks • Relevant MOS codes: 2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q
