About the Role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing building fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, flooring, gutters, and drains. The role also includes carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and routine HVAC maintenance to ensure buildings remain safe and functional. • Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems • Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains • Conduct carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs • Operate and maintain HVAC equipment • Follow OSHA, state, and local safety regulations and documentation requirements • Provide professional communication and customer service

What You Bring
