About the Role

• Service and maintain complex HVAC Building Automation Systems (BAS) for optimal performance. • Diagnose and repair control system malfunctions, including software testing and modification across multiple programming languages. • Communicate with customers on arrival, during service, and before leaving, providing updates on progress and system enhancements. • Create detailed field sketches and documentation to support engineering corrections and commissioning. • Act as a technical resource, offering recommendations on system upgrades and replacements. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
