About the Role

The Sales Executive for CoStar for Lenders will expand strategic relationships with existing clients and high‑potential prospects, helping lenders make smarter decisions using powerful data and insights. This role operates in a high‑performance environment that values ambition, collaboration, and rewarding those who go the extra mile, combining innovation with a relentless focus on client success. • Identify and close new sales opportunities for SaaS, data, and information services tailored to CRE lenders. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring exceptional service and expansion opportunities. • Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and prospects face‑to‑face, fostering trust and partnership. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align on client goals and maximize satisfaction. • Develop deep knowledge of CoStar for Lender’s solutions and the commercial real estate lending market. • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals. • Customer‑centric: takes ownership of client requests to achieve successful outcomes.

What You Bring

• 4‑8 years of solution‑selling experience, including full‑sales‑cycle ownership. • Proven track record selling SaaS solutions to banks and financial institutions. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person college or university. • Willingness to travel regularly to client and prospect locations. • Experience with complex sales processes and diagnostic selling. • Proactive, curious, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Valid driver’s license and successful driving record check. • Technical skillset and risk concepts, with experience selling real‑estate data and SaaS solutions. • Experience selling enterprise software to large organizations, preferably banks and lenders. • Understanding of economic and risk models and ability to discuss data integration value. • Familiarity with U.S. banking regulations, stress testing, and compliance reporting. • Adaptable: quick to learn and apply new product concepts. • Engaging: excellent communicator with a client‑focused approach. • Curious: asks insightful questions and demonstrates strong listening skills.
