About the Role

The Facility Management role in Hyderabad focuses on overseeing housekeeping, vendor coordination, and property maintenance while ensuring high client satisfaction. The incumbent will manage daily property rounds, maintain reports, lead vendor meetings, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs and service level agreements. • Prioritize facility needs and coordinate housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and other vendor services. • Conduct daily property rounds and resolve cleaning issues with the team. • Prepare and share daily/monthly reports (DMR, MMR) with the Property Manager and client. • Schedule and lead weekly vendor meetings to address operational concerns. • Maintain monthly attendance records for staff payroll. • Investigate, resolve, and escalate customer queries as required. • Mentor and develop vendor staff, ensuring compliance with standards. • Improve procedures for cost‑effective, efficient services and document policies. • Plan, schedule, inspect and assign work to supervisors and maintenance crews. • Oversee landscaping, gardening, and ensure storage areas are orderly. • Implement checklists, monitor cleaning standards, and ensure staff grooming. • Collect feedback, assess customer satisfaction, and exceed client expectations. • Achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets. • Provide administrative support, implement app‑based tools, and conduct service audits. • Generate stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates possess a degree or diploma in hotel or building management with 3‑5 years of facilities management experience, strong knowledge of occupational safety, and proven team‑leadership skills.
