About the Role
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community. This role ensures that the property remains functional and well‑maintained for residents. Daily duties include carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing work, as well as installing, repairing, and rekeying deadbolt locks. The technician ensures service requests are completed promptly, participates in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program, and adheres to company safety standards. • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing tasks. • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks. • Complete service requests promptly. • Participate in preventive maintenance and community preservation programs. • Follow company safety standards. • Work a flexible schedule and be on‑call as required.
