About the Role
The role is based in the Real Estate department and focuses on executing premium residential and commercial developments in Mumbai, overseeing all project phases from planning to construction. • Define and implement end‑to‑end execution strategies for premium residential and commercial developments. • Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases. • Develop master schedules and milestone roadmaps to ensure timely delivery. • Manage civil, MEP, and finishing works, maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. • Oversee manpower planning, vendor mobilization, material procurement, and budget control. • Coordinate with internal leadership, external partners, and government authorities to secure alignment and approvals.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 18–23 years of experience in real‑estate development and project execution, hold a degree in engineering or construction management, and possess a proven track record on large developer‑led projects and knowledge of Mumbai’s regulatory environment. • Require 18–23 years of real‑estate development and project execution experience. • Hold a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management. • Demonstrated success managing large‑scale developer‑led projects and familiarity with Mumbai’s construction norms. • Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
