About the Role
The Transport Router Work Dynamics role ensures end‑to‑end transport coverage at the client’s facility. Reporting to the facility manager, you will provide efficient and cost‑effective transport services. You will guarantee that each vehicle departs at the appointed time, continuously log start times and kilometre readings, and verify staff boarding and pickup times against the roster. When needed, you will secure approvals for any staff requiring pickup. The position includes maintaining a 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging, query handling, and incident reporting, such as speeding alerts, and communicating via radio when required. You will also complete log books on arrival at the client site, recording mileage accurately without excess. Acting as a liaison, you will collaborate with multiple teams, support the transport team at the client’s facility, and keep in touch with vendor supervisors. Additional duties involve maintaining key transport‑related contact numbers, preparing work orders with unique reference numbers, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports. JLL utilizes artificial intelligence to match candidates with opportunities and follows a comprehensive privacy policy to protect personal information collected during recruitment. • Provide efficient, cost‑effective transport services and ensure vehicles depart on schedule. • Log vehicle start times, kilometre readings, and staff boarding times; verify roster compliance and obtain required approvals. • Operate a 24/7 transport helpdesk for call logging, query resolution, and incident reporting, including speeding alerts. • Maintain transport log books, recording mileage accurately while excluding excess mileage. • Serve as liaison between transport teams, client facilities, and vendor supervisors, maintaining key contact lists. • Create work orders with unique reference numbers for each transport request. • Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly transport performance reports.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have a strong drive toward excellence, a graduate degree in any discipline, and three to five years of transport management experience in a BPO setting. They must demonstrate teamwork aptitude and a solid background in developing and monitoring improvement programs. • Hold a graduate degree in any discipline with 3‑5 years of transport management experience in a BPO environment. • Demonstrate strong teamwork, analytical skills, and a proven track record of developing improvement programs.
