About the Role
• Influence and build internal and external partnerships while practicing careful communication • Utilize SAP to monitor order status and to research and resolve customer replenishment issues • Exercise sound judgment, prioritize duties, and follow tasks through to completion in a timely manner • Troubleshoot and identify solutions while working through service issues • Communicate and interact with cross-functional teams (including order management, sales, transportation, and contacts at the facilities) to solve business problems • Maintain a strong sense of urgency and customer focus • Act as a principled entrepreneur by identifying process improvement, key service trends, and cost savings opportunities to drive improvements and create value • Utilize SAP to fulfill customer purchase orders, monitor order status, and to research and resolve customer replenishment issues • Analyze and report customer supply chain metrics (in-stock, on time, case fill rate, and others), including executive summaries • Understand and develop relationships with customers to profitably anticipate and satisfy their needs • Collaborate and build relationships in a virtual environment leveraging digital tools

What You Bring
• Experience in a supply chain, logistics, order management, or order replenishment role • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field • Confident Communicator; you engage with others effectively via telephone, email, chat, and video calls • you are comfortable being seen and heard • SAP experience, preferably S4 Hana • Experience in the consumer goods industry • Systems and Tools savvy; you have experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and a desire to learn multiple accounting systems and tools • Experience in a customer-facing role; you build working relationships and partner with others to bridge gaps and solve problems
