About the Role

The Executive Administrative Assistant reports to the President and serves as a subject‑matter expert for the Executive Leadership Team. The role involves handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of materials and communications for multiple executives. • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for executive team members. • Empower executives by making judgment calls and prioritizing competing demands. • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external partners, building and leveraging networks. • Facilitate planning, scheduling, and execution of meetings, ensuring necessary preparations. • Manage and filter incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding appropriately. • Edit, proof, format, and design documents; perform form filling and data entry using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Coordinate travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries and agendas, and handle logistics per executive preferences. • Complete expense management for supported executives. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least five years of administrative or business support experience, preferably supporting c‑suite leaders, and demonstrate strong self‑leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills. They should be able to manage confidential information, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and be proficient with Office 365 and SharePoint. • Operate proactively, adapt to evolving priorities, and multitask to meet dynamic organizational needs. • 5+ years of administrative or business support experience; c‑suite support preferred. • Demonstrate self‑leadership and strong problem‑solving abilities. • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills for complex schedules and multiple responsibilities. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. • Proactively anticipate needs and act with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Office 365 Suite and SharePoint.
