About the Role

Job Summary: Responsible for efficient and accurate handling of goods within a warehouse environment. Receive, store, and distribute products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role involves operating various warehouse equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards. • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies. • Maintain organized inventory records and track stock levels. • Transport, store, and categorize goods within the warehouse. • Accurately pick and pack products to fulfill orders. • Prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation. • Load and unload trucks, stacking materials appropriately. • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. • Inspect products for quality, reporting any defects. • Keep the work area clean and hazard‑free, using PPE as required. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently. • Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions. • Record incoming and outgoing shipments and related warehouse activities. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. • Communicate issues or concerns promptly and follow company safety and conduct policies.

What You Bring

Education and Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, and forklift, manlift, and tractor certification may be required. Basic computer skills are needed for inventory tracking and data entry, along with good communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. The position demands willingness to work in a physically demanding environment. Work Environment: Employees must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, and may be exposed to varying weather, loud noise, dirt, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and heavy forklift traffic. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, and safety, security, and workplace conduct policies must be followed.
