About the Role
The Executive Director will partner with the board of directors, offering guidance and oversight while a specialist team supports general membership. The role focuses on large projects, superb service delivery, and coordination with vendors and third‑party professionals. • Communicate regularly with the board of directors, homeowners, and the declarant. • Hire, train, and supervise facility, lifestyle, front‑desk, administrative, and maintenance staff. • Schedule and prepare for board and committee meetings; present annual budgets and monthly financial variance reports. • Create and deliver monthly management reports and status updates. • Coordinate vendors and third‑party service providers for maintenance, special projects, and emergency/storm management. • Oversee daily HOA operations and the on‑site purchase order process. • Recommend aesthetic, maintenance, and safety improvements each month. • Manage relationships with engineers, legal, insurance, construction, and marketing firms. • Ensure timely follow‑up analysis on all management activities. • Perform additional duties as assigned, including personal management of on‑site staff.

What You Bring
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to quality customer service, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They should have at least two years of combined experience in commercial/residential management, construction or landscaping, business, and fiscal or purchasing management, as well as the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports. • Proven experience managing 55+ age‑restricted communities. • CMCA and AMS certifications required; PCAM or CPM preferred. • Minimum two years of experience across commercial/residential management, construction/landscaping, business, and fiscal/purchasing management. • Ability to quickly learn new technology, adapt to varying tasks, and maintain detail‑oriented focus. • Strong time‑management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.
