About the Role

As a Scheduler, you are responsible for managing time and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule. You will collaborate with the project team to create timetables, determine task and material timing, and continuously improve processes while coordinating across Operations to develop critical paths and highlight risks. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, project managers, and superintendents to identify needs and ensure smooth execution • Interact with the preconstruction team on proposals, bidding, and estimating to develop well‑defined, properly sequenced work activities • Support project managers in preparing project scope, budget, and schedule • Collaborate with marketing, high‑performance, and virtual construction teams to align scheduling with company mission • Create a high‑level master schedule and timetables for the entire project, determining task and material timing • Run meetings to update the construction schedule via job walks, superintendent updates, and prepare regular updates • Identify project risks, perform impact analysis, and propose work‑around solutions • Work with the Project Director on staffing needs to ensure adequate resources • Track critical activities and changes to the critical path • Monitor program milestones and interdependencies • Set up key performance metrics and analyze delays using industry‑accepted methodologies • Provide information on items affecting the project schedule and technical support in claims litigation • Document schedule changes and maintain current, standardized job files • Educate team members on project sequencing, schedule logic, and lead internal training on scheduling software and tools

What You Bring

• B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related technical field (preferred) • Minimum 5 years’ experience scheduling mid‑large commercial construction projects • Strong knowledge of construction systems and trade sequencing • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships • Experience in industrial, healthcare, K‑12, or higher education construction (a plus) • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with scheduling software, including cost‑loaded scheduling; ASTA preferred • Ability to conduct technical schedule reviews and analysis • Detail‑oriented • PMI or AACEI certification (preferred)
