About the Role
Property managers operate independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and maintaining up‑to‑date customer payments through reminder and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. • Manage customer payments, send reminders, and conduct collection calls. • Transport items up to 35 lb; walk/stand in facilities up to 50% of time, including outdoor work and climbing stairs. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping and maintain exterior curb appeal.

What You Bring

Candidates should have customer‑service‑oriented sales experience from retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service settings.
