What You Bring
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline and demonstrate a genuine interest in construction management through coursework or prior experience. The role requires strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to work with all levels of personnel, and the flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
