About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, interacting with customers to assess storage needs, recommend moving supplies, and ensure units are ready for rent through daily inspections. They also handle cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and assist customers with payment reminders and collections. • Work a flexible full‑time schedule (9:30 am–6 pm, weekends until 5 pm). • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits. • Make reminder and collection calls to keep customers current on payments. • Transport items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50% of the shift walking or standing outdoors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and exterior ground upkeep.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds, walk and stand outdoors for up to half of the shift, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of both interior and exterior areas. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments and possess a valid driver’s license with personal transportation. • Hold a valid driver’s licence and use a personal vehicle for site travel (mileage reimbursed). • Demonstrate customer‑service sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service‑based roles.
