About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager – QA/QC will lead the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system for construction projects. The role involves preparing QA/QC policies, conducting ISO audits, monitoring compliance, and supporting Project Managers in reviewing contractor quality plans. The incumbent will also ensure timely resolution of QA/QC issues and oversee daily inspections and testing both on‑site and off‑site. • Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures. • Conduct ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 audits and recommend corrective actions. • Monitor compliance and report areas for improvement. • Review contractor quality plans and provide recommendations. • Resolve QA/QC issues in coordination with construction managers and consultants. • Perform daily inspections and tests to verify construction quality against drawings and specifications. • Ensure site activities follow approved method statements, inspection test plans, and risk assessments. • Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to address non‑compliance reports and close NCRs. • Manage QA/QC documentation, including certificates, calibration records, test results, and inspection requests. • Lead internal site audits as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering with 7–11 years of QA/QC experience in the construction sector, and possesses technical knowledge of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works.
