Provide technical contract support for lift services across Clarion regions.

About the Role
The Contract Surveyor will provide technical support to the lift team and collaborate with Development and Planned Investment colleagues. You will assume day‑to‑day operational responsibility for specific contracts across all Clarion regions, ensuring that contractors consistently deliver excellent customer service. Key duties include leading special projects such as procurement, contract specification development and repair‑quote validation, maintaining accurate lift component data, and participating in regular contract meetings. Daily communication with contractors and the wider business will focus on effective repair management and quality assurance. • Provide technical support to Clarion’s Lift Team and related development projects. • Manage day‑to‑day contract operations across all regions, ensuring contractor performance and customer service. • Lead special projects including procurement, contract specification development and repair‑quote validation. • Maintain accurate lift component data and attend regular contract meetings. • Communicate daily with contractors and internal stakeholders, focusing on repair management. • Manage contractors within a social housing environment, with advantage of lift pit and car‑top access qualification. • Travel to ad‑hoc site visits for quality assurance and problem resolution. • Ensure compliance with basic criminal record checks and eligibility to work in the UK.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of passenger and domestic lifting equipment, LOLER regulations, British Standards for lifts, and telecommunications, as well as proven contract‑management experience in a social‑housing context. Qualification to access lift pits and car tops is advantageous, and all listed qualifications are essential. • Apply knowledge of passenger/domestic lifts, LOLER, British Standards, and telecommunications.
