About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, ensuring prospective residents are guided through the leasing process and existing residents receive high‑quality service. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Develop and support resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with annual marketing plan execution and ongoing market surveys/analysis. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and project a favorable community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor. • Physical duties include climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working overtime, weekends, or night emergencies in varied environments.
