About the Role

The pavement team handles long‑term road upgrade contracts and provides design support for infrastructure, commercial, industrial, airside, and port projects. Responsibilities include new pavement design, rehabilitation, testing, and pavement‑management advisory services, while also contributing to bids, proposals, and multidisciplinary project teams. • Design new pavements and rehabilitate existing ones for roads, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, airside, and port projects. • Perform pavement testing and deliver pavement‑management advisory services. • Prepare bids and proposals, attend contractor and client meetings, and collaborate on multidisciplinary design teams. • Manage pavement assessments using both destructive and non‑destructive methods. • Utilize linear elastic pavement modelling, back‑calculation software, and pavement‑management systems such as dTims. • Apply relevant design standards, including Australian pavement design standards where appropriate.
