About the Role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities remain clean, functional, and safe, responding to maintenance requests and performing a variety of repairs and inspections. • Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities • Repair boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment • Complete maintenance work orders and record documentation • Inspect, test, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment • Dismantle defective machines and install new components • Install and repair electrical systems, including transformers and wiring • Perform structural repairs and maintenance of the property • Operate machine tools such as grinders and drills for fabricating parts • Provide customer service to team members, owners, and guests • Respond to calls and inquiries from members and guests • Maintain pools, spas, and water features, including chemical balancing

What You Bring

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, relevant maintenance experience, required certifications, and the physical ability to perform the duties, while being flexible to work varied shifts. • Use Microsoft Office Suite and property‑specific computer platforms • High school diploma or equivalent and proven facilities‑maintenance experience • Effective verbal and written communication in English • EPA certification required; HVAC trade‑school certification preferred • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles • Physical ability to climb 40 ft, lift up to 50 lb, and push/pull up to 100 lb • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
