About the Role

The Sales Associate role at LoopNet places you in a growth‑oriented, innovative environment where you will represent sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to craft comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase and differentiate property portfolios online. Leveraging CoStar’s deep industry knowledge and proprietary analytics, you will build a client portfolio through prospecting, market research, and effective product demonstrations. • Build and maintain consultative relationships with owners and brokers to drive advertising revenue • Prospect new clients using CoStar data and close sales • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to meet revenue targets • Develop expertise in digital advertising and commercial‑real‑estate trends for the assigned territory • Provide proactive customer support and market insights to help clients achieve their goals • Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel as needed

What You Bring

This position is on‑site at CoStar’s Kansas City, MO office, requiring a valid driver’s license and regular travel for client meetings. Candidates must have at least two years of full‑cycle B2B sales and account management experience, one year of commercial real‑estate experience, and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. A current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Preferred qualifications include success engaging senior or C‑suite stakeholders, strong data‑analysis and reporting skills, reliable access to a vehicle, and the ability to adapt quickly in a high‑growth environment.
